摘要

摘要为了应对未来航天器遥测、跟踪和指挥(TT&C)资源短缺以及规划和调度高度复杂的问题,基于我国测控网络的现状,提出了天地一体化测控网络的建设要求,并构建了基本框架。参考地面蜂窝移动通信系统的随机接入机制,设计了一次接入TT&C模式。本文介绍了其基本思想,给出了新形式下的实现过程实例,设计了随机接入测控的协议栈系统,并对航天器接入优化选择策略、全景(空域)多波束多目标同时测控技术等关键技术进行了探讨,以供进一步研究参考。
