摘要

该风险评估旨在确定变革型领导对妇女赋权和儿童保护部(Kemen PPPA)组织文化的影响,确定领导对Kemen PPPA内一项工作的满意度的影响,以及变革型领导力对Kemen PPSA内绩效的影响,了解组织文化对克门PPPA内工作满意度的影响,有目的地了解组织文化在克门PPPA内对绩效的影响,进而了解工作满意度对克门PPSA内绩效的影响。本研究包括解释性研究,本研究通过测试原始数据进行测量,本研究中的数据分析采用SEM-PLS技术分析潜在变量、指标变量、因变量之间的比较。变革型领导变量、组织文化变量、工作满意度变量与绩效变量之间呈现出积极显著的关系。
