摘要

在单一生物炭改良4年后,对不同深度农田土壤的有机碳(SOC)、矿化和微生物群落结构进行了研究。生物炭提高了0-20cm(10.7%)和20-40cm(24.9%)的SOC。矿化度随着深度的增加而降低,生物炭改良剂进一步降低了12.3%(0-20cm)、8.5%(20-40cm)和30.5%(40-60cm)。为与较低矿化率相关的寡养菌(如Chloroflexi、Acidobacteria)和表现出较高呼吸率的有限副养菌(例如变形杆菌、子囊菌门)选择的亚基。生物炭增强了表层土壤中的寡养细胞,并限制了所有深度的共养细胞。这说明了生物炭如何通过改变不同深度的微生物群落结构来提高SOC的稳定性。
