诊断Mayer-von rokitansky - k ster- hauser综合征可根据患者的病史，体格检查，超声检查和激素测定。当需要性交时，可建议在腹腔镜下创造一个新阴道或弗兰克的扩张方法或他的修改。本文报道了两例腹腔镜下根据Vecchietti原理创造新阴道的病例。
