摘要

针对旋转工件径向和轴向尺寸的快速非接触测量问题,提出了一种快速、高精度的视觉检测方法。针对轴向尺寸较大的工件,采用物象变换和物象变换建立测量变换链,实现了轴向尺寸的快速测量。对于径向尺寸较大的工件,该方法确定了基于二维目标和测量对应关系的测量转换模型,进一步实现了径向尺寸的快速测量。实验结果表明,该方法是有效的,可用于高质量生产线上旋转工件的原位尺寸测量。
