The goal is to establish a maintenance decision making model that considers the safety overhaul of fully mechanized mining equipment group in order to minimize the total maintenance, production costs and safety risks. Firstly, the regular safety inspection procedure and the maintenance process were introduced. Then, a model guideline method that considers a fully mechanized mining equipment group's safety inspection was established. 摘要

在煤矿生产过程中,设备运行的安全性和可靠性是至关重要的。近年来,随着智能化采煤设备的不断完善,对可靠生产的要求也同步提高。因此,本文旨在研究考虑综采设备群安全检查的维修决策方法。目的是建立考虑综采设备群安全检修的维修决策模型,以实现总维修成本、生产成本和安全风险的最小化。首先介绍了定期安全检查程序和维修过程。在此基础上,建立了考虑某综采设备组安全检查的模型准则方法。最后,通过算法与维修策略的比较,证明本文提出的维修决策优化方法对于提高设备可靠性、提高综合开工率、降低维修成本、保障煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。
