To be specific, taking a certain type of RV (rotate vector) reducer as an example, the actual measurement experiments are carried out, and the efficiency curves at different speeds are obtained. The results show that the efficiency of the precision reducer is affected by the measured speed and load torque, and has a positive correlation with the load torque and a negative correlation with the speed. 摘要

传动效率是表征精密减速器性能的关键指标,通常需要对其进行测量和评价。此外,将效率曲线中额定转矩处的效率值作为精密减速器效率特性的评价值。然而,目前对精密减速器效率特性的研究主要集中在理论分析、测量装置的研制和测量方法上,效率曲线的分析模型尚未建立。在此背景下,本文从精密减速器传动效率测量与评价的角度出发,建立了精密减速器的效率计算模型。此外,根据效率曲线的本质变化规律,建立了效率曲线分析模型。具体以某型号RV(旋转矢量)减速器为例,进行了实际测量实验,得到了不同转速下的效率曲线。结果表明,精密减速器的效率受测量转速和负载转矩的影响,且与负载转矩成正相关,与转速成负相关。然后,证明了本文提出的效率曲线模型能够准确描述精密减速器效率曲线所遵循的变化规律,从而为精密减速器的效率测量和评价奠定了理论基础。
