Through the field test, the deviation between the predicted rolling force and the actual rolling force is less than 2%, and the accuracy of the model can meet the engineering requirements. 摘要

摘要针对热轧过程中来料成分、精加工温度和卷取温度波动对冷轧过程变形抗力的影响,采用解析法和大数据回归相结合的方法建立优化目标函数。进一步,通过大量现场实际数据计算相关特征系数,得到热轧成品带变形抗力模型和冷轧过程轧制压力预测模型。通过现场试验,预测轧制力与实际轧制力偏差小于2%,模型精度满足工程要求。更重要的是,运用本文所述的研究成果后,冷轧带材的板形质量有了明显的提高,可以大大提高企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。
