When Do IT Capabilities Create Value for Buyer Performance? The Moderating Effect of Social Capital on Supply Chain Information Integration
ABSTRACT This study investigates the effects of information technology (IT) integration and IT flexibility on information sharing and collaborative planning within supply chain. It also examines the moderating roles of shared value and supplier trustworthiness. The results indicate that IT integration is positively related to collaborative planning, while IT flexibility is positively related to information sharing and collaborative planning.
