摘要

配电网安全分析的目的是找出配电网的薄弱环节。提出了基于配电网特点的配电网安全分析准则。根据该准则,可将应急集中的电气设备分为两类。第一类符合准则的要求。提出了等级偏好最优排序法(RPOO)来评价电力系统的损伤程度。第二类不符合标准要求,是配电网的薄弱环节。数值实验表明,该方法是有效可行的,可以为安全防范提供辅助决策。
