In addition, different C-charts are evaluated through factors related to the design of the control chart. Optimally selecting design parameters depends on several process parameters from statistical and/or economic aspects in the literature. This study presents multi-objective economic-statistical design of different C control charts under single assignable cause. An algorithm using the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is employed to solve the models. 摘要

C控制图主要用于监控固定尺寸的每个检验单元的不合格品数量。众所周知,经典的c图控制限往往虚警率高,从而导致不必要的检验成本增加。在许多改进c图的工作中,本文提出了c图的优化控制极限方法。此外,通过与控制图设计相关的因素来评价不同的c图。最佳选择设计参数取决于文献中统计和/或经济方面的几个工艺参数。本文研究了单一可分配原因下不同C控制图的多目标经济统计设计。采用数据包络分析(DEA)算法对模型进行求解。通过数值算例说明了算法过程,并对不同设计方案的性能进行了评价。
