The manufacturing of each developed implant which has its own form and architecture is not a serial but a piece production not requiring additional registration procedure. 摘要

本文描述了一种考虑椎间盘生物力学参数(前后位大小,前后位椎间盘高度)的自制椎间笼三维打印方法,为植入物提供了独特的特征。本文给出了一个使用定制笼的例子,由于联合种植体的配合非常紧密,因此为体间骨-金属块的形成提供了最佳条件。结果表明,定制笼对脊柱支撑恢复时间有有益的影响,明显减少手术损伤,缩短手术时间。每个开发的植入物都有自己的形状和结构,其制造不是连续的,而是一个不需要额外注册程序的件生产。使用定制的脊柱固定架可以优化手术治疗过程,改善中短期效果。
