摘要

本文研究了采用多啮合轮系的全混合动力传动系统振动冲击引起的齿轮噪声辐射问题。为了准确仿真减速器齿轮振动,利用专业软件MASTA建立了减速器传动系统的整体动力学模型,计算了齿轮副、轴承、传动轴和齿轮箱的柔度效应。对混合动力变速器的动力响应进行了数值分析。为验证模型,还进行了台架试验。在实验中对引起齿轮啸叫的参数共振模式进行了计算识别。针对实际的多啮合轮系,提出了一种最优修齿设计。采用优化后的减速器进行的试验结果表明,齿轮箱的齿轮啸叫响应有了较大的改善。
