Test stand measurements were carried out to determine dosing precision. \nThe results show that good dosing precision is achieved in the different settings. Hereby, \nattention should be paid to the working range of the dosing pumps. 摘要

早期的植保产品直接注射系统由于植保产品的剂量和应用之间的时间滞后以及清洁问题而不能满足实际农业的要求。为了提供这方面的解决方案,我们构思、制造并测试了一种针对特定现场应用的直接喷射式原型现场喷雾器。该原型机有三个独立的喷嘴线,每个喷嘴线都有自己的直接喷射单元,能够预加载单独的喷雾混合物,因此在应用过程中不会出现时间滞后。计算了直接注射加药泵理论上可实现的工作宽度。进行了试验台测量,以确定加药精度。结果表明,在不同的设置条件下,均能获得较好的加药精度。因此,应注意加药泵的工作范围。结果表明,基于开发的原型,实际适用的无滞后直接注入系统可能提供更精确和特定地点应用PPP的能力。
