摘要

地理信息系统(GIS)是一种有效的空间数据库管理技术,是道路管理系统的基础。在GIS中创建路面管理系统时,应考虑各个道路管理部门的需求和可用资源。本文介绍了一个小型城市行政管理简易数据库管理系统的建立。该数据库是通过人工收集奥西耶克市几条未分类道路的路面状况数据而创建的。系统根据采集到的数据计算PSI指数,并对路面状况进行比较。
