To improve stability and comfort, the active suspension system is proposed to replace the passive suspension system. As a result of the simulation, the values of displacement and acceleration of the sprung mass were significantly reduced when the vehicle used the active suspension system controlled by the SMC algorithm. The SMC controller established in this paper provides stability in many situations. Therefore, the vehicle's smoothness and comfort have been significantly improved. 摘要

悬架系统具有调节和抑制车辆振动的作用。为了提高车辆的稳定性和舒适性,提出用主动悬架系统取代被动悬架系统。主动悬架系统的控制算法有很多,如PID、LQR、Fuzzy等。其中,采用SMC算法的非线性控制方法性能稳定。本研究提出在四分之一动力学模型下,采用SMC算法控制主动悬架系统的运行。介绍了液压作动器的线性化过程。仿真结果表明,采用SMC算法控制的主动悬架系统后,簧载质量的位移和加速度值明显减小。本文所建立的SMC控制器在许多情况下都具有稳定性。因此,车辆的平顺性和舒适性都有了明显的提高。在未来,智能算法可以与SMC算法相结合,以提高控制器的效率。
