It was found that both spectra changed dramatically as a result of heat treatment. The σ\n<sub>xx</sub>\n and ωσ\n<sub>xy</sub>\n spectra of Ni\n<sub>3</sub>\nFe thin films were reduced by the transition from disorder to order.
