摘要

本研究旨在分析班达亚齐省印尼人民银行亚齐地区员工的个人-组织契合度(P-O契合度)对工作-家庭冲突(WFC)和工作满意度(JS)关系的影响。样本包括127名工作两年以上的员工。数据通过问卷调查的方式收集。数据分析的设备是结构方程模型(SEM),该模型采用力矩结构分析(AMOS)进行分析。研究结果表明,变量P-O拟合在工作满意度与工作效率的关系中起中介作用。工作效率对工作满意度没有直接影响。
