摘要

近年来,亚临界水萃取(SWE)作为一种从植物中提取生物活性物质的绿色技术而受到广泛关注。比较了亚临界水萃取法、超声辅助萃取法和振动溶剂萃取法对无花果果肉和果皮中酚类化合物的提取效果。通过DPPH自由基清除能力、还原能力和环境实验来评价提取物的抗氧化活性。亚临界水对果肉和果皮中总酚含量(每克提取物中没食子酸当量分别为65.89±0.21和80.79±0.09 mg)和类黄酮含量(每克提取物中槲皮酸当量分别为7.51±0.33和10.1±1.02 mg)的提取率最高。最低的IC50 DPPH自由基清除和还原能力测试是瑞典文的皮肤中提取无花果。此外,在总酚和类黄酮化合物的提取、亚临界水萃取显示是一个更合适的方法比其他溶剂萃取方法,在纸浆和皮肤。
