摘要

成功地合成了一类具有A位和B位多元素的新型高熵焦绿盐化合物(A2B2O7)。在固态置换反应(SSDR)中,以金属硝酸盐(位a)和金属氯化物(位B)与氢氧化钠反应得到的纯金属氧化物为原料,制备了名义成分为(La1/7Sm1/7Nd1/7Pr1/7Y1/7Gd1/7Yb1/7)2(Sn1/3Hf1/3Zr1/3)2O7粉体。用XRD分析了相演化过程。在对十种金属氧化物进行热处理的过程中,形成了单一的焦绿石相。结果表明,在1650℃无压烧结4 h后,成功获得了硬度为8.1GPa的高密度(98%TD)陶瓷。Raman研究和Rietveld结构细化结果表明,烧结后的高熵陶瓷具有单相焦绿石结构,并对其进行了详细研究。
