The lifting lug was analyzed by finite element method using Ansys software, and the lifting lug structure was optimized according to the topology optimization method. The 20% area of the lifting lug model was taken as the optimization area, and the new lifting lug model was established for verification. The verification results showed that the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the optimized lifting lug were increased to some extent.
