摘要

以汽车排气管吊耳为研究对象,建立了汽车排气管吊耳的几何模型。利用Ansys软件对吊耳进行有限元分析,并根据拓扑优化方法对吊耳结构进行优化。以吊耳模型的20%区域为优化区域,建立新的吊耳模型进行验证。验证结果表明,优化后的吊耳的最大应力和最大变形均有一定程度的提高。但是,它仍然满足起重耳材料的要求。
