基于冗余的方法是解决具有不确定性活动持续时间的项目调度问题的一种主动调度方法。这些方法的基本策略是通过在原始持续时间上增加额外的时间来估计活动持续时间。额外的时间允许考虑可能影响活动持续时间的风险,并减少为项目生成的基线的调整数量。本文提出了四种基于冗余度的方法,并从两个鲁棒性指标进行了比较。这些指标是在运行模拟过程后计算出来的。另一方面,采用线性规划作为求解技术,生成了所分析的480个项目的基线。最后,得到的结果可以确定最合适的方法来求解具有概率活动持续时间的PSP并生成鲁棒基线。
