A retrospective-archive study was conducted in Ukraine from 24 February 2021 to 16 January 2022. The obtained data showed in trends gender differences in COVID-19 vaccination status. Women preferred vaccination with Pfizer/Biontech and AstraZeneca vaccines more often than men. Significantly higher level of weekly cases among persons who received two doses than one dose of Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine with as among males (p<0.05), as females (p<0.05). 摘要

COVID-19大流行是全球面临的最大挑战之一。研制疫苗是防止大流行发展的有效武器。但乌克兰缺乏按性别/性别分列的COVID-19疫苗数据。该研究的目的是评估乌克兰人口性别群体中COVID-19疫苗接种的多样性。从2021年2月24日至2022年1月16日在乌克兰进行了一项回顾性档案研究。获得的数据显示了COVID-19疫苗接种状况的性别差异趋势。女性比男性更倾向于接种辉瑞/Biontech和阿斯利康疫苗。在接受两剂辉瑞/BioNTech疫苗的人群中,每周病例水平显著高于一剂辉瑞/BioNTech疫苗,其中男性为(p<0.05),女性为(p<0.05)。这些发现支持了这样一种观点,即在设计COVID-19疫苗接种运动时也应采用性别视角,以帮助最大限度地提高效益并减少不良事件。
