摘要

本研究旨在探讨三宝朗儿童国家庇护所(RSAB)Soegijapranata社会基金会(YSS)三宝朗的保姆礼貌话语对街头儿童性格的提升作用。本研究是以言语行为具体表现的语言功能(语言功能)为分析基础,采用Leech(1983)提出的语用学方法设计的定性描述性研究。该方法侧重于对话语情境的分析,以目标为导向,将一套对话原则与其功能联系起来。本研究结果显示,遵守礼貌原则的关怀准则、友善准则、允许准则、谦卑准则、认同准则、同情准则,对提升街头儿童与他人、逆境商(智力商、情商、精神商)、民族与国家与世界、与上帝的关系具有工具作用
