摘要

. 本文构建了一个新的数学模型,以了解活跃病例发现和治疗对抑制淋巴丝虫病传播的影响。考虑了筛选过程中误诊的影响,将模型构建为一个九维常微分方程组。对模型中平衡点的存在性和稳定性、控制复制数以及后向分叉的不存在性进行了分析研究。我们的分析结果表明,当控制繁殖数小于1时,总是建立无丝虫病的条件。另一方面,当且仅当控制繁殖数大于1时,我们总是有一个唯一且稳定的地方性平衡。我们的敏感性分析表明,结合主动病例发现、持续时间和治疗成功率,可以有效降低淋巴丝虫病在人群中的传播强度。
