摘要

网状色素性视网膜营养不良，也称为Sjögren的网状营养不良，是一种罕见的疾病，其特征是黄斑病变具有网状图案，荧光素血管造影最清楚地看到。继发于这种营养不良的脉络膜新生血管更不常见。本文报告一例网状色素视网膜营养不良伴新血管膜所致视力丧失，经抗血管内皮生长因子治疗效果良好。
