摘要本研究分析了大庆油田脱水原油中微生物群落结构、微生物及原油降解活性。结果表明,脱水原油中存在多种微生物细胞,并筛选出具有油乳化和油分散活性的微生物群落。群落分析表明,随着培养时间的延长,群落中微生物的种类和比例发生了变化。从原油培养体系中分离纯化了166株细菌,其中具有油分散或油乳化活性的细菌占13.1%。结果表明:大庆油藏中存在具有油乳化和油分散活性的微生物群落,条件恶劣和营养缺乏导致群落密度较小,油降解菌所占比例较高。
