摘要

本试验旨在研究饲粮中钾对鲍鱼幼鱼生长和生理反应的影响。采用流式系统,分3个重复组,分别饲喂饲粮中钾含量分别为KCl、0.10、2.12、4.39、9.79、20.08和27.26 g/kg的酪蛋白明胶半纯化饲料,初始体重为(0.24±0.00)g,初始壳长为(12.24±0.04)mm的鲍鱼幼鱼。实验期间海水温度为12 ~ 23℃,钾离子浓度为(472.94±3.59)mg/L。结果表明,各处理对鲍鱼的增重比(WGR,%)、壳长日增长(DISL,μm/d)和存活率均无显著差异(P < 0.05)。6个饲粮处理间软体脂肪、水分和壳灰分含量也无显著差异(p0.05)。与0.10 g/kg饲粮处理相比,饲粮钾含量大于4.39 g/kg时,软体蛋白质含量显著提高(p0.05)。软体钾含量和壳中钾、钠含量在不同饲粮处理下均保持相对恒定。20.08和27.26 g/kg饲粮处理的软体钠含量显著低于其他处理(P 0.05)。鳃Na+-K+ atp酶活性随饲粮钾含量的增加而逐渐降低。生长参数(增重比和DISL)数据表明,饲料中不需要添加钾,饲料源和海水中的钾足以保证鲍鱼幼鱼的最佳生长。以软体蛋白质和钠含量及鳃中Na+-K+ atp酶活性为指标,优选饲粮钾浓度为2.12 g/kg。
