The quantitative relationship between the fluctuation in minorcycle fuel injection quantity and every key parameter was studied in different cam speeds. The quantitative percentage index of the different parameters is obtained. 摘要

电控单元泵是一种能够满足柴油机动力性和排放特性要求的燃油喷射系统。为了研究柴油机小循环燃油喷射量在低负荷下的波动规律,在AMESim环境下建立了EUP系统的数值模型,并通过实验验证了其准确性。研究了不同凸轮转速下小循环喷油量波动与各关键参数的定量关系。得到了不同参数的定量百分比指标。同时,结合中心复合设计实验方法,考虑不同特性因素的相互作用,通过相关分析得出不同因素与小循环喷油量的相关系数。
