Eliciting the Requirements for Intelligent Systems in Law Enforcement
This case study describes the experience of a not-for-profit research institution, serving the public interest, in developing several intelligent and innovative prototypes for law enforcement. The design and implementation of two intelligent search agents, and one facial recognition prototype is described in detail.
