摘要

这项研究的目的有三个方面;韩国青年是否在闲暇时间积极锻炼身体以促进健康?青年在闲暇时间的体育活动受到什么限制?约束条件、动机和体力活动水平之间是否存在关系?采用多阶段整群抽样法随机抽取1 280名青少年,其中1 109人完成问卷调查。本研究结果显示,韩国青少年在闲暇时间积极参与体育活动与较高的约束水平呈负相关;动机指数越高的青少年对身体活动的总体感知约束越低;体力活动水平越高的青少年,其体力活动参与动机指数越高。本研究的结果可以解释为动机的强度是青少年在闲暇时间处理约束和更频繁、更积极地参与体育活动的重要因素。
