摘要

在过去的几十年里,冠心病是数百万心脏病患者死亡的主要原因。本研究是一项基于随访资料的冠心病知识组织研究。首先,我们参考biopportal网页上的一些医学本体,在BFO顶层本体的基础上提取一些实体并进行定义,然后总结其属性并构建语义模型形成语义关系,最后基于后续数据使用protgase形成冠心病本体,并借助GraphDB进行存储和可视化。本研究最终形成的可视化图形,使每次随访的数据同时集中、系统地反映在可视化界面上,帮助医生全面、直观、快速地浏览患者信息,找到影响治疗结果的关键因素。
