The crystalline deposits have been used as catalysts for the photocatalytic oxidation of methyl orange dye, under an irradiation source (UV lamp of 365 nm). The results revealed that the dye has undergone a slight degradation under UV illumination. 摘要

本文报道了在含氟二氧化锡(FTO)镀膜玻璃上阴极电沉积的方法,利用过氧钛络合物水溶液制备了无定形和纳米晶结构的二氧化钛。结构x射线分析表明,加热后的沉积层为锐钛矿相,未加热后的沉积层为无定形。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)允许研究沉积物的形态方面,表现出纳米颗粒粒度。AFM结果显示两种膜的粗糙度值不同。在365 nm的紫外光照射下,将结晶沉积用作甲基橙染料光催化氧化的催化剂。结果表明,该染料在紫外光照射下发生了轻微的降解。利用分光光度计测量,从残留浓度估计脱色率。
