Using the substitution method, it was found that the AMEn of the dried SB berries was 14.29 MJ/ kg DM. 摘要

本试验旨在评价罗斯308肉鸡饲喂沙棘干莓(SB)时氮校正表观代谢能(AMEn)的含量。饲喂2种试验饲粮,分别为基础饲粮和基础饲粮+ 12 g/kg干枸杞和磨粉枸杞,饲喂相同数量的重复栏(n=8;每组2只,年龄从7岁到21岁。基础日粮的配制符合育种者的建议。12 g/kg饲粮中添加干SB浆果对肉鸡生长性能、饲粮营养物质利用率和AMEn均无显著影响(P < 0.05)。采用替代法,发现干枸杞的AMEn为14.29 MJ/ kg DM,虽然AMEn相对较高,但由于枸杞中淀粉含量的缺失,表明枸杞不适合作为家禽日粮中谷物的替代品,但其作为家禽日粮中少量补充物的健康益处有待进一步研究。
