关键词:银屑病;Th17;自身免疫性疾病;地址:Agnieszka Owczarczyk-Saczonek Klinika皮肤科博士,Chorób Przenoszonych drogei Płciową i Immunologii Klinicznej Miejski Zespolony医院,Wojska Polskiego 30 10-959 Olsztyn电话:+48 89 6786 617 e-mail: aganek@wp.pl
Nowadays it is known that psoriasis belongs to the group of autoimmune diseases and may coexist with other diseases in this group. Most often patients have psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune thyroid diseases and multiple sclerosis. The coexistence of these disorders can be a diagnostic and therapeutic problem (there is controversy over the use of corticosteroids). The common pathogenesis is still not explained. We know that the loss of immunotolerance leads to formation of autoreactive Th1 and Th17 lymŁuszczyca jako choroba autoimmunologiczna Psoriasis as an autoimmune disease Agnieszka Owczarczyk-Saczonek, Waldemar Placek Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie Przegl Dermatol 2014, 101, 278–287 DOI: 10.5114/dr.2014.45121 SŁOWA kluczOWe: choroby autoimmunologiczne, łuszczyca, Th17, Th1. key WOrdS: psoriasis, Th17, autoimmune diseases, Th1.
