The optimal age of the Pseudotsuga menziesii maternal plants to procure initial plant material has been clarified. The explant decontamination (sterilization) scheme has been deduced from experiments, the nutrient medium composition for the in vitro initiation, multiplication and rooting of regenerated plants, as well as the substrate for the adaptation of the obtained clones to soil conditions, have been selected. 摘要

本文对从事孟氏假糖体外繁殖研究的科学家所做的工作进行了分析。本文介绍了作者利用微克隆技术对所研究物种进行繁殖研究的结果。澄清了孟氏伪杉树母株获取初始植物材料的最佳年龄。通过实验推导出外植体去污(灭菌)方案,选择了再生植株离体萌发、繁殖和生根所需的营养培养基组成,以及获得的无性系适应土壤条件所需的基质。所得结果显示了采用该方法研究的种属繁殖的前景。
