摘要

研究了去卟啉IX羧基的酯化反应和去卟啉IX二甲酯酯基与二、四、六乙二醇的酯交换反应。结果表明,根据低聚乙二醇和反应条件的不同,既可以得到分子中含有两个聚酯基团(每个丙酸取代基一个)的衍生物,也可以得到含有一个聚酯基团连接卟啉丙酸取代基的衍生物。

The esterification of carboxyl groups of deuteroporphyrin IX and transesterification of ester groups of dimethyl ester of deuteroporphyrin IX with di-, tetra-, hexaethylene glycols were studied.
