The only value researched that has no influence on the OCB was Power. Originality/value – The results will enable a reflection on the reasons that make these individuals work, their satisfaction with the work done and its influence on the organizational citizenship behaviors. 摘要

目的-本研究的主要目的是分析工作相关价值观和工作满意度对组织公民行为(OCB)的影响,根据公司员工的教育部门的角度。设计/方法/方法-对位于巴西南里约热内卢格兰德州的一家公司的244名员工进行了调查。该公司从2001年开始在教育领域开展业务,内容包括出版社、小学、高中、大学入学考试和公务员考试预备课程等。研究发现-主要结果显示,工作相关价值观和工作满意度对组织公民行为具有正向影响,对组织公民行为具有较高影响的主要价值观为“从众”、“普世”、“仁慈”和“对老板满意”,这是具有较高影响的自变量。所研究的唯一对组织公民行为没有影响的值是权力。原创性/价值——调查结果将有助于反思这些人工作的原因、他们对工作的满意度及其对组织公民行为的影响。此外,他们可能会为教育部门提供补贴,以评估他们的专业人员在工作场所的关注、互动和行为的前景。
