背景新冠肺炎会导致免疫系统失衡和血栓事件等后果。在感染过程中,过量的NETs会诱导促炎反应和弥漫性血管内凝血。我们评估了依诺肝素作为NETs潜在抑制剂的作用。方法包括感染SARS-CoV-2病毒的K18-hACE2动物和23名接受依诺肝素治疗或未接受治疗的新冠肺炎患者入院,以及未接受该疾病治疗的对照组。结果依诺肝素降低了感染严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型的动物的NETs水平,减少了疾病迹象,减轻了肺损伤。这些作用部分与预防严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型进入和NETs合成有关。临床数据显示,依诺肝素治疗降低了炎症标志物的水平、分离的中性粒细胞中的NETs水平和器官功能障碍。结论本研究为依诺肝素治疗新冠肺炎提供了证据。
