Good nursing services can be seen from the nursing management function carried out by the head of the room, especially in the inpatient room.\nPurpose: This study explored in depth the experience of the head of the inpatient ward in implementing the nursing management function during the COVID-19 pandemic.\nMethods: This study used qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. There were six participants in this study. The data collection method used in-depth interviews with guidelines. 摘要

背景:护理是医院维持服务质量、保障患者安全的重要服务内容之一。良好的护理服务可以从病房负责人,特别是住院室所执行的护理管理功能中看出。目的:深入探讨新型冠状病毒病疫情期间住院部主任履行护理管理职能的经验。方法:本研究采用现象学方法进行定性设计。这项研究有六名参与者。数据收集方法采用深度访谈与指导方针。在本研究中,数据收集采用访谈指南和实地笔记。结果:本研究结果包括五个主题,即不按需规划、按条件组织、人员配备改进、优化指导和跟踪控制。结论:医院需要对病房负责人和护士进行培训,并根据病房负责人在管理病房时遇到的障碍进行改进,以评估和制定大流行期间医院的策略。
