摘要

为了提高电力系统的小信号稳定性,本文采用区间2型模糊逻辑控制技术设计了晶闸管控制串联电容(TCSC)的稳定控制器。对于单机无限母线(SMIB)电力系统,TCSC和电力系统稳定器(PSS)通过模拟退火算法共同保证了小信号的稳定性。Lyapunov综合为区间2型模糊逻辑控制系统的稳定性提供了保证。模糊控制器的输入、输出变量采用高斯型隶属函数。仿真结果表明,该控制器具有较好的控制性能。
