摘要

根据新经济形势下欠发达地区循环经济概念的特点,通过在投入中增加意外投入(废物回收量),在产出中增加意外产出(废物排放量),重构了改进的基于几何平均模型的数据包络分析模型;然后,采用改进的数据包络分析模型对2002-2012年中国31个省市欠发达地区的循环经济效率进行了评价。研究结果表明,中国欠发达地区循环经济效率总体上有所提高,规模效率逐渐趋向于最优效率,但纯技术效率的明显不足影响了中国欠发达地区循环经济的发展水平。
