Over the course of her hospital stay, the patient developed chylo-hemothorax which then led to the presentation of prolonged asymptomatic bradycardia in the patient. A case of prolonged asymptomatic sinus bradycardia in traumatic chylo-hemothorax
We present a case of a 20 year old female who suffered from multiple traumatic injuries across the body after a fall from height. Over the course of her hospital stay, the patient developed chylo-hemothorax which then led to the presentation of prolonged asymptomatic bradycardia in the patient.
