摘要

研制了一套设计容量为15万BPSD的原油精馏装置计算机控制系统。原油蒸馏装置由顶顶装置和气体回收装置组成。该系统的主要目的是优化前一单元,控制后一单元的产品质量。无论哪种情况,该系统的大部分已投入实际使用,并证明其应用是令人满意的。介绍了系统的概念和结构,并通过实际应用验证了系统的实用性。

Computer Control System of Crude Distillation Unit
A computer control system of a crude distillation unit with a design capacity of 150,000 BPSD has been developed. The crude distillation unit consists of a topping unit and a gas recovery unit.
