摘要

钩虫病是一种传染性人畜共患生物寄生虫病,由寄生在淋巴系统和皮下组织中的线虫引起。本文介绍了面部和眼睛软组织的双丝虫病病变的病例。目的:探讨面部软组织双丝虫病超声诊断的可能性。材料和方法。Dirofilaria可影响面部、眼睛、乳腺、臀部等软组织。患者主诉面部软组织肿胀、硬化和充血。超声检测寄生虫回声特征,去除寄生虫,经克拉斯诺达尔市社会科学院实验室确认该制剂属重刺dirofilaria型。结果:论证了超声检查眼睛和软组织的可能性,并确定了双丝虫病的特征性回声征象。
