The patients were followed up for 3 months. \n \n \nResults \nThe corneal Descemet’s membranes restored well after surgery in 29 patients(93.55%). One patient(3.23%) with local corneal Descemet’s membrane detachment restored, after using regional anti-inflammatory and hypertonic eye drips. One patient (3.23%) with partial detachment, anterior chamber gas injection was performed again. 摘要

目的评价前房气体注射治疗白内障术后角膜前膜脱离的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2015年11月至2018年11月31例超声乳化术后角膜Descemet膜脱离患者31只眼的资料。术后第1天进行前房气体注射。随访3个月。结果29例(93.55%)患者术后角膜Descemet膜恢复良好。1例(3.23%)局部角膜Descemet膜脱离经局部抗炎和高渗滴眼后恢复。1例(3.23%)部分脱离,再次行前房注气术。31例患者术后视力均有改善(t=6.926, P=0.000)。结论早期前房注气治疗白内障术后角膜Descemet膜脱离是一种安全有效的治疗方法。关键词:脱离,膜,Descemet,角膜;手术,白内障;注射,气体,前房
