The target population comprised of employees from 5(five) NGOs in Laikipia County which are involved in agricultural support work. The sample size was 83 respondents. This study used stratified random sampling. Primary data was utilized in this study. Statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used for analysis. 摘要
