摘要

当前,人工智能、学习分析、机器学习等信息技术正在全面改变教育。信息技术与教育的深度融合催生了微助教APP、雨课堂APP、蓝墨水云课堂APP、超级明星学习APP、智能课堂、虚拟现实等一大批新生事物。出现于工业社会并持续了近400年的“班级制”和“批制”教学模式受到了前所未有的挑战。本文从个性化学习的大趋势出发,探讨了“班级制”的大众教学模式与个性化学习之间的冲突,以及学习方式与教学模式匹配的困境,并在此基础上提出了四种应对策略,以期为教育行政部门的政策制定提供参考,为教育教学的发展做出贡献。
