摘要

目的-本文的目的是提出一个基于期望-确认模型(ECM)、流理论和更新的DeLone和McLean信息系统(is)成功模型的混合模型,以检验质量因素作为护士信念的前因是否影响护士继续使用混合电子学习(e-learning)系统的意愿。设计/方法/方法-本研究的样本数据收集自台湾五家医院的护士。共发放问卷500份,回收问卷396份(79.2%)。因此,本研究分析了378份可用问卷,有效回复率为75.6%。采用结构方程模型对收集到的数据进行分析。研究发现:信息质量、系统质量、支持服务质量和教师质量对感知有用性(PU)、确认和流程有显著影响,这些因素共同解释了护士对混合电子学习系统使用的满意度。
