Since its entry into force, this Federal Law has undergone many changes and additions, which, on the one hand, is an advantage and leads to an improvement in the law, but on the other hand, this leads to a complication of the procedure for its implementation, due to the emergence of additional requirements for customers that fall under the regulation of this law. The paperalso discussesthe importance and necessity of introducing electronic document management in the organization, which in turn will lead to the convenience of work in the field of procurement and the exclusion of the human factor. One of the most significant elements of the proper organization of an electronic document management system is the development of the necessary databases, which include a diversity ofinformation, but at the same time theyare easily consistent with each other. Possible design methods and ways to automate the procurement process are considered.
